Provide L2/L3 Salesforce Commerce Cloud production support, addressing medium to complex incidents, defects, and service requests. Implement minor enhancements, including requirements analysis, design, build, and unit testing.

Analyze storefront, catalog, promotions, checkout, order, scheduled jobs, and API/integration issues. Develop, test, and deploy code and configuration fixes, conducting impact analysis and peer reviews.

Contribute to Root Cause Analysis (RCA), problem management, monitoring improvements, technical documentation, and automation efforts. Mentor junior developers, support release activities, and participate in critical incident support and cross-location handoffs.

Expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including SFRA, ISML, JavaScript, controllers, models, and cartridges. Proficiency with Business Manager, Page Designer, OCAPI/SCAPI, and REST APIs is essential.

Experience with third-party integrations, payment and order flows, production troubleshooting, log analysis, incident resolution, RCA, and defect fixing is required. Skills in enhancements, performance troubleshooting, unit/regression testing, Git, CI/CD, and deployment support are crucial.

This role requires a willingness to work a Hybrid model and adhere to a 2 PM to 11 PM IST shift. The position is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
