As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in supporting and enhancing our Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and contribute to our mission of driving digital transformation.

Provide essential day-to-day support for the Salesforce Commerce Cloud application, ensuring smooth operations and prompt issue resolution. Implement minor enhancements and changes, from understanding requirements and designing solutions to building and unit testing.

Triage incidents and service requests, meticulously reproducing issues, analyzing logs and data, and resolving known defects. Implement approved fixes for low-to-medium complexity issues. Support catalog, content, and configuration activities, scheduled jobs, interfaces, and validate deployments.

Execute comprehensive unit testing, meticulously document all resolutions, and update knowledge articles and runbooks. Strictly adhere to incident, change, and release management processes. Promptly escalate complex issues and actively participate in continuous improvement, monitoring, and shift-left initiatives.

This role requires a commitment to a hybrid work model and participation in the 2 PM to 11 PM IST shift.

Proven expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including SFRA, ISML, and Algolia search. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and understanding of cartridges, Business Manager, and Page Designer is essential.

Familiarity with basic OCAPI/SCAPI & REST API concepts is required. You should possess a solid understanding of storefront functionality, incident/service-request handling, and defect troubleshooting. Experience with log analysis, unit testing, Git, and release/deployment support is also necessary.
