This role involves providing essential day-to-day production support for Salesforce Commerce Cloud applications, including ticket resolution and system maintenance. You will be responsible for implementing minor enhancements, triaging incidents, and resolving defects. The position also includes supporting catalog and content activities, executing unit tests, documenting resolutions, and ensuring adherence to incident and change management processes. Continuous improvement and monitoring are key aspects of this role.

Candidates should possess expertise in Salesforce B2C Commerce, SFRA, ISML, and Algolia search within SFCC. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and familiarity with cartridges, Business Manager, and Page Designer are essential. Basic knowledge of OCAPI/SCAPI & REST APIs, storefront functionality, and experience with incident handling, defect troubleshooting, log analysis, unit testing, and Git are required. The role also requires support for Git and release/deployment processes. A willingness to work a hybrid model and an afternoon shift (2 PM to 11 PM IST) is necessary.
