NTT DATA seeks talented individuals to join their innovative team. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Salesforce CPQ to lead a critical migration to Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA).

This role offers an exciting opportunity to bridge business needs with technical solutions, ensuring a smooth transition while leveraging the full capabilities of RCA. You will play a pivotal part in transforming our client's quoting and revenue processes.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will spearhead discovery sessions to thoroughly document current CPQ configurations and business logic. You will analyze gaps and define future-state processes for Revenue Cloud, translating complex business requirements into actionable functional specifications and user stories for the development team.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with architects on migration strategies for custom code and integrations, facilitating user acceptance testing, and maintaining project documentation. You will also be crucial in managing stakeholder expectations regarding project scope and timelines.

We require a seasoned Business Analyst with at least 5 years of experience on Salesforce projects, including a minimum of 3 years focused on Salesforce CPQ functionalities such as pricing rules and approval chains.

Proficiency in documenting intricate business rules and processes using tools like Confluence and JIRA is essential. The ability to interpret Salesforce configurations without writing code is also a key requirement. Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud or a proven ability to quickly learn its object model is necessary.
