As a Salesforce Architect, you will own the end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce Field Service programs, covering application intent, target-state design, and integration landscapes. You will design scalable and secure solutions, define org-wide data models, and establish robust technical governance. Responsibilities include architecting Field Service implementations across the work order lifecycle, defining the scheduling and optimization model, and designing mobile and dispatcher architectures. You will also architect asset, maintenance, and inventory models, define Lightning Web Component architecture standards, and design integrations using various Salesforce APIs and middleware. Furthermore, you will architect AI solutions for service operations, deploy Agentforce agents, and lead a Salesforce engineering team. This role involves running Agile and Waterfall delivery operations, facilitating requirements elicitation, and serving as an escalation point for clients and stakeholders. Hands-on prototyping for complex components and integrations is also expected.
We are seeking a seasoned professional with a Graduate degree or equivalent experience, bringing over 11 years in software development, including at least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce architecture or technical leadership. A minimum of 5 years leading engineering and Agile teams, with 4 years in Scrum or SAFe, is essential, alongside demonstrated people management skills. Proven experience architecting and delivering Salesforce Field Service solutions, including scheduling policies, optimization, Dispatcher Console, and mobile offline configuration, is required. Deep platform development expertise in Apex, asynchronous Apex, triggers, SOQL/SOSL optimization, Flow, and Lightning Web Components is crucial. You should have proven integration architecture experience and a strong understanding of enterprise data modeling and technical governance. Salesforce DevOps, release management, and working knowledge of AI and generative AI on the platform are necessary. Practical understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, along with a solid command of the Salesforce sharing and security model, is expected. Excellent communication and requirements elicitation skills are vital.
