NTT DATA is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to join our dynamic team in Pune. This role is crucial for designing and implementing end-to-end Salesforce solutions, focusing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud. You will be instrumental in defining technical strategy, ensuring platform scalability, and aligning our Salesforce initiatives with broader business objectives.

This position requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, data management, and security protocols. You will guide technical teams, review designs, and champion best practices to deliver robust and maintainable solutions that drive client success.

As a Salesforce Architect, your core responsibilities will include defining the overarching Salesforce solution architecture across Sales, Service, and Financial Services Clouds. You will translate intricate business requirements into scalable and secure Salesforce solutions, owning the design of application architecture, data models, integration strategies, and security frameworks.

You will leverage a combination of Salesforce configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio, and integration technologies. Providing architectural guidance to technical leads and developers, reviewing solution designs, and ensuring adherence to platform best practices are key aspects of this role. You will also define reusable architecture patterns and components, ensuring solutions are optimized for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

We are looking for candidates with extensive experience in designing and implementing enterprise Salesforce solutions, with strong architecture expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud. A solid understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce configuration, and OmniStudio is essential.

Knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, governor limits, data and security models, and large-scale enterprise integrations is required. Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven patterns, integration platforms like MuleSoft, and Salesforce DevOps practices is also necessary. The ability to lead architecture discussions, communicate technical trade-offs effectively to diverse stakeholders, and experience in Agile environments are critical for success in this role.
