As a Salesforce Architect, you will own the end-to-end solution architecture for Agentforce, Salesforce CPQ, and Revenue Cloud Advanced. Your responsibilities include designing complex agent-assisted and agentic workflows, architecting integration strategies with Salesforce core and external services, and defining the appropriate use of AI technologies. You will also establish secure agent action patterns, design context engineering and retrieval strategies, and define AI evaluation frameworks for optimal performance and outcomes.

Further responsibilities involve establishing observability across agent reasoning paths, assessing model and platform trade-offs, and advising on cost optimization strategies. You will lead architecture reviews, govern technical designs globally, and mentor a team of technical architects and developers.

We are seeking candidates with expertise in Salesforce Agentforce and agentic architecture concepts, alongside deep knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud. A strong foundation in Salesforce Sales Cloud and core platform architecture is essential. Experience with agent orchestration, multi-agent architectures, and managing agent state and memory is crucial.

Proficiency in RAG, semantic search, context engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks is required. Candidates must have experience with AI safety, grounding, guardrails, and LLM model selection. Familiarity with classic NLP concepts, Apex, Lightning Platform, Flow, APIs, enterprise integration patterns, asynchronous processing, and security architecture is also necessary.

Preferred qualifications include 10+ years of experience in Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud architecture, proven experience architecting enterprise CPQ/Quote-to-Cash implementations, and Salesforce Architect credentials. Experience with MuleSoft and large enterprise integration landscapes is a plus. The ability to communicate complex architectural decisions effectively to diverse stakeholders is vital.
