Design, lead, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to define technical architectures. Translate business requirements into comprehensive technical designs. Drive best practices, governance, and innovation within the Salesforce platform. Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce security models and data architecture principles. Mentor and guide development teams on Salesforce best practices and implementation strategies.

A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and solution architecture is essential. Demonstrated expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Salesforce APIs. Proven track record of designing and implementing complex, enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data architecture, sharing mechanisms, and integration patterns. Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and excellent problem-solving and communication skills are required. Relevant Salesforce certifications are highly valued.
