Lead the end-to-end solution architecture for Agentforce, Salesforce CPQ, and Revenue Cloud. Design agent-assisted and agentic workflows covering the entire lifecycle of opportunity, configuration, pricing, quoting, contracting, ordering, and revenue processes. Develop agent orchestration patterns, including tool/function calling, workflow delegation, multi-agent collaboration, and state/memory management.

Architect integrations between Agentforce and core Salesforce technologies like automation, Apex, Flow, APIs, and MuleSoft, as well as external enterprise services. Define the strategic use of LLMs and traditional automation, focusing on appropriate application rather than defaulting to generative AI. Design context engineering and retrieval strategies, establishing secure agent action patterns and comprehensive AI evaluation frameworks.

We are seeking an expert with deep knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce and agentic architecture concepts, alongside proficiency in Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and Sales Cloud. A strong understanding of agent orchestration, multi-agent architectures, and memory management is essential. Experience with RAG, semantic search, context engineering, evaluation frameworks, AI safety, and LLM selection is required.

Familiarity with classic NLP concepts, Apex, Lightning Platform, Flow, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns is crucial. You should possess a solid grasp of asynchronous processing, resiliency, and security architecture. Salesforce Application/System/Technical Architect credentials and Agentforce/Revenue Cloud certifications are highly preferred.
