NTT DATA is seeking a seasoned Salesforce and React Senior Developer to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad, India. You will play a crucial role in translating complex business and technical requirements into well-architected Salesforce-based solutions, ensuring alignment across various architectural components and coordinating efforts with other architects.

Key responsibilities include serving as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, evaluating and translating business needs into robust Salesforce solutions, and identifying/mitigating design risks. You will build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, lead architectural alignment, and collaborate with project managers for effective planning and execution. This role involves overseeing project vision, driving solution evaluations, and proactively managing issues.

Further, you will direct and mentor diverse teams in both technical and non-technical aspects, contributing to internal growth through knowledge sharing and strategic asset development. You will also support the Pre-Sales team by contributing to proposals, including target and transition architectures, security considerations, integration strategies, and implementation roadmaps. Familiarity with Copado for code deployment is essential.

This position requires a minimum of 6 years of enterprise consulting experience, with a strong background in implementing enterprise software solutions in the Commerce space and extensive experience as a React JS Senior Developer. Essential qualifications include Salesforce certifications in B2C Commerce and React JS Developer, along with a solid understanding of DevOps and Quality Code best practices.

Successful candidates will integrate into our existing SFCC delivery team, contributing to multi-cloud solution architectures and end-to-end business processes while taking technical ownership within the SFCC domain. Experience with integration technologies, master data management, and other cloud platforms like AWS is preferred. Extensive experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies is a must.
