In this role, you will develop and support robust Salesforce Agentforce solutions and automations. Your responsibilities will include customizing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud platforms.

You will build essential components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows, while also developing integrations. Supporting case, lead, opportunity, and knowledge management processes is key. You will actively participate in testing, deployments, troubleshooting, and provide crucial production support. Collaborating with stakeholders and senior team members to deliver enhancements is also a core part of the role.

We are looking for candidates with 1-3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience and a foundational understanding of Salesforce Agentforce and its platform capabilities. Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce security concepts is essential.

Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud is required, along with knowledge of Salesforce integrations and APIs. Exposure to Experience Cloud and CPQ is considered a plus. Familiarity with working in Agile environments and strong problem-solving and communication skills are necessary for success in this position.
