Responsibilities

As a Safety & Regulatory Engineer, you will be responsible for the theory, design, and practical implementation of product safety engineering. This includes executing processes to identify and mitigate safety risks, conducting thorough risk assessments, and applying human factors principles to enhance product design and user error reduction.

You will also review and communicate applicable legal standards to design teams, maintain compliance documentation, and collaborate with third parties for product compliance and certification. Interaction with external agencies to ensure product qualification and certification is also a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with advanced experience in Engineering/Technology, Technical Regulations, and Standards. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college is required, alongside expert-level skills in stakeholder collaboration, strategic thinking, and project goal execution while maintaining quality and schedule.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential for making informed decisions and anticipating obstacles. Experience working across various imaging modalities is also desired. Excellent communication, leadership, and program management skills will set you apart.
