Join EY's Global Delivery Services as a Manager SAP SAC Planning / EPM Consultant and spearhead end-to-end planning implementations. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to drive finance transformation initiatives and engage in complex, client-facing EPM projects, utilizing SAP SAC, BPC, and advanced AI capabilities like SAP Joule.

Lead comprehensive SAP SAC Planning implementations from requirement gathering to post-deployment support. This includes designing and building SAC Planning Models, Dimensions, Data Actions, and Allocation processes to automate planning cycles.

Develop SAC Stories, Unified Stories, and Digital Boardrooms for executive reporting, optimizing performance through advanced scripting. Configure robust planning workflows, version management, and data locking mechanisms to ensure governed planning. Expertise in SAC security configuration is essential.

Utilize SAP HANA Modelling or SAP Datasphere and SAP BW experience to design and develop Calculation Views, perform data modeling, and optimize performance in SAP Datasphere. Collaborate closely with planning teams to ensure optimal data structures.

A minimum of 3-7 years of hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning solutions is required. Additionally, 2-3 years of SAP HANA Modelling or SAP Datasphere and SAP BW experience is necessary.

Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a structured and process-oriented approach to solution design. The ability to work independently, lead complex engagements, and maintain strong documentation and knowledge-sharing practices is crucial.

Experience in finance transformation or large-scale planning initiatives is highly valued. Exposure to competitor EPM tools is a plus. Demonstrable ability to mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability building, including preparing process and system design documents, is expected.
