This S2P Operations Analyst role is central to the Business Enablement BMO Source 2 Pay Management team. You will be instrumental in the oversight of vendor and contract management for the Global Information Security and Enterprise Technology business units. A key focus is maintaining existing vendor contracts, ensuring data integrity, and providing timely reporting on contract specifics.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining the contract inventory with a focus on data quality. You will initiate sourcing processes for assigned portfolios and collaborate with Sourcing Managers to ensure contract owners receive timely updates.

This role involves supporting Source-To-Pay activities for the InfoSec and ET business units, including PO requests and invoice approvals, as well as independence and supplier risk assessment processes. You will ensure adherence to procurement and independence policies, influencing procurement behaviors and driving accountability across these organizations.

We are seeking candidates proficient in SharePoint, with strong experience in managing content types, lists, and security settings. A solid understanding of Source-to-Pay processes and related technologies is essential.

Exceptional collaboration and communication skills are required, enabling you to act as a liaison between diverse teams and maintain transparency with stakeholders. A keen business acumen, understanding EY's operations and the assigned business units, is crucial. Knowledge of relevant policies and a proactive approach to process improvement are also key attributes.
