Take ownership of end-to-end Application Management Services (AMS) and Run Operations delivery for enterprise applications. Oversee production support, incident, problem, and change management, ensuring strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Lead crucial customer governance functions, effectively manage stakeholders, handle escalations, and conduct productive service review meetings. Drive initiatives focused on operational excellence, continuous improvement, automation, and enhancing service stability. Manage delivery teams, optimize resource planning, and oversee capacity management, alongside fundamental financial and governance activities.

A minimum of 15 years of IT experience with a solid background in Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) and Application Support. Possess a strong technical foundation in technologies such as Java, .NET, C#, or J2EE, along with hands-on experience in Run Operations, Production Support, and Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

Familiarity with ITIL frameworks, ServiceNow or JIRA, SLA/KPI governance, and proficient stakeholder and client management are essential. Proven team leadership experience is required, coupled with exposure to budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and operational governance. This is a permanent, contract position for experienced professionals.
