As a key member of our support team, you will be instrumental in maintaining the stability and efficiency of our robotic process automation solutions. You will work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly and effectively.

Your core responsibilities will include vigilant monitoring of bot execution via MuleSoft RPA Manager, tracking schedules, and ensuring timely success. You will be the first line of defense for troubleshooting bot failures, performing restarts, and investigating infrastructure-related issues.

This role also involves meticulous logging and prioritization of incidents, with timely escalation of complex or code-related problems. You will actively coordinate with development, infrastructure, security, and business teams, while also maintaining essential documentation like handover notes and knowledge articles. Your contribution to root cause analysis and continuous service improvement will be highly valued.

We are seeking candidates with 2 to 6 years of experience in RPA, application, or production support, particularly those familiar with MuleSoft RPA Manager or similar platforms. A solid understanding of bot monitoring, scheduling, and failure handling is essential.

Familiarity with Windows servers, virtual machines, credential management, and access control is required. Knowledge of ITIL processes and tools such as ServiceNow or Jira, coupled with strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills, will set you up for success. Flexibility to work in 24x7 rotational shifts is a must.
