This role focuses on providing comprehensive IT and platform support for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and the Microsoft Power Platform. You'll ensure the operational stability of production and non-production environments, manage infrastructure readiness, and maintain secure access. This position serves as a critical liaison between various teams, including Infrastructure, IAM, Security, HR, Vendor management, and Microsoft Support.

Key responsibilities involve troubleshooting and supporting Microsoft Power Platform components like Power Automate (Cloud Flows & PAD), Dataverse, and Azure services. You will manage solution deployments, address environment-specific conflicts, and conduct proactive health checks, especially during major production rollouts. This includes investigating and resolving flow failures and connector errors, such as permission or forbidden issues.

The role also entails coordinating Data Loss Prevention (DLP) exception reviews and approvals to facilitate automation needs. You'll manage RPA Virtual Machine (VM) builds, configurations, DNS mapping, and ensure overall readiness for automation workloads. Responsibilities extend to tracking and ensuring compliance with GVM vulnerability scans prior to production deployment. You will also manage BOT account lifecycles, including creation, access, and email enablement, and support HR record creation and HR-BOT account mapping, requiring approval coordination.

Furthermore, you will provide production incident support, delivering status updates, coordinating calls, and tracking investigations. Acting as a central point of contact, you will liaise between delivery teams, infrastructure, security, vendors, and Microsoft support. The position also includes installing and configuring applications as per approved requests and defined requirements.

Essential skills for this position include a strong command of the Microsoft Power Platform, encompassing Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, and Dataverse. Proficiency in Microsoft Azure services, particularly Identity & Access, Networking, and Security, is crucial.

Experience with RPA infrastructure and Virtual Machine operations is required, alongside expertise in BOT account and identity management. A solid understanding of security and compliance aspects, including DLP and GVM, is also necessary. The ability to effectively coordinate production incidents is a key requirement for this role.
