As a Tier 3 specialist, you will leverage your extensive knowledge in routing, switching, wireless, and firewalls to manage and enhance complex network infrastructures. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting data center networks and contributing to the evolution of our network architecture.

This role involves working with cutting-edge technologies like Cisco ACI and Nexus 9k, ensuring seamless integration of service appliances and optimizing traffic flows. You will play an integral part in developing migration plans and maintaining network compliance.

The core of this role involves ensuring the robust performance of routing, switching, wireless, and firewall systems. You will be instrumental in managing the Cisco ACI network architecture, with a strong emphasis on Palo Alto experience. Responsibilities include supporting data center networks utilizing Cisco ACI and Nexus 9k platforms, and contributing to migration plans from traditional designs to Cisco ACI.

Key duties include integrating service appliances, understanding tenant traffic flows and contracts, and managing L2/L3 outs and VMM integration. You will be an expert in various routing and switching protocols, LAN/WAN technologies, and ensuring configurations align with network standards, including SD-WAN and NMS. Participation in enterprise-level network infrastructure deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation is also expected.

We are seeking a specialist with at least 10 years of experience in managing LAN/WAN infrastructures, routing & switching, and wireless technologies, alongside 10 years of experience with Palo Alto firewalls. A minimum of 5 years of experience specifically with Cisco ACI is required. Candidates should possess strong hands-on knowledge of SDWAN and Wireless technologies.

Essential skills include deep understanding of WAN/LAN internetworking, protocol interoperability, and network architecture development. Familiarity with networking products from Cisco, Dell, and Extreme Networks, as well as adherence to ITIL and Change Management processes, is expected. Excellent communication, customer service, and adaptive leadership skills are vital, along with the ability to work effectively unsupervised and within a 24x7 environment. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience is preferred.
