This specialist will be instrumental in managing enterprise-level network infrastructure, focusing on routing, switching, and wireless technologies. Key duties include ensuring configuration compliance with network standards, reviewing log files, and deploying and maintaining network components. The role involves hands-on experience with Velo Cloud, Cisco, and Riverbed technologies, particularly Viptela SDWAN and wireless solutions.

Responsibilities extend to collaborating with project managers and cross-functional teams for successful project outcomes. You will manage escalated support tickets through resolution using ServiceNow, conduct network system analysis, and contribute to reporting. Flexibility to work in a 24x7 environment and participate in rotating on-call duties is essential, alongside strong adaptive, communication, and leadership skills.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in managing LAN & WAN infrastructures, coupled with extensive experience in Routing & Switching, Riverbed, and Wireless technologies. Proven vendor experience with Velo Cloud, Cisco, and Riverbed is mandatory.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience is required. We are seeking individuals with strong knowledge of Viptela SDWAN and wireless, excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, and the ability to work independently while achieving goals. Familiarity with ITIL & Change Management processes and strong customer service skills are also highly valued.
