Key responsibilities include managing and troubleshooting complex Routing & Switching, Wireless, and Firewall environments. You will be instrumental in designing and supporting Cisco ACI network architectures and integrating Palo Alto firewalls and service appliances.

This role involves contributing to the migration plan from traditional data center networks to Cisco ACI. A deep understanding of inter/intra-tenant traffic flows, contracts, L2/L3 outs, and VMM integration is essential. You will leverage expertise in various routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP) and L2/L3 technologies, ensuring configurations align with network standards.

Responsibilities extend to participating in the setup, deployment, maintenance, and documentation of enterprise-level network infrastructure. You will also be responsible for owning and documenting escalated support tickets through resolution in ServiceNow and performing network system analysis and reporting within a 24x7 environment.

We require a minimum of 10 years of experience in managing LAN & WAN Infrastructures, Routing & Switching, and Wireless technologies, along with 10+ years of experience with Palo Alto firewalls and 5+ years with Cisco ACI. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience is expected.

Ideal candidates possess a strong, hands-on understanding of SD-WAN and Wireless technologies. Essential skills include adaptive communication, presentation, and leadership abilities, coupled with a full understanding of WAN/LAN internetworking, protocol interoperability, and network architecture development.

Familiarity with networking products from Cisco, Dell, and Extreme Networks, along with adherence to ITIL & Change Management processes, is crucial. Excellent communication, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team are highly valued. Flexibility to work in a 24x7 environment and rotate on-call duties is also a requirement.
