You will manage and enhance routing, switching, wireless, and firewall operations, with a strong focus on Cisco ACI and Palo Alto technologies. Responsibilities include architecting Cisco ACI network components, supporting Data Centre Networks with Cisco ACI and Nexus 9k, and contributing to migration plans from traditional designs.

Further duties involve integrating service appliances, understanding tenant traffic flows, and ensuring expert-level knowledge of routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP), L2/L3 networking, NEXUS, and SD-WAN. You'll also perform system analysis, reporting, and manage escalated support tickets, ensuring compliance with network standards and ITIL processes. This role requires a willingness to work in a 24x7 environment and handle rotating on-call duties.

We require a minimum of 10 years of experience managing LAN & WAN infrastructures, alongside extensive experience in Routing & Switching, Riverbed, and Wireless technologies. Proven expertise with Palo Alto for over 10 years and at least 5 years of experience with Cisco ACI are essential.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience. Highly desired skills include knowledge of VELO Cloud, adaptive communication, presentation, and leadership abilities, as well as project experience in SDN Infrastructure and Networking. Strong customer service, team collaboration, and adaptability to change are also critical.
