You will be instrumental in managing enterprise-level network infrastructures, focusing on routing, switching, and wireless technologies. Responsibilities include architecting and supporting Cisco ACI network components, alongside hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls. You'll contribute to migration plans for data center networks to Cisco ACI and integrate critical service appliances.

Deep expertise in L2/L3 routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP), Nexus, and SD-WAN is essential. Ensuring network configurations adhere to standards, reviewing logs, and maintaining NMS are key duties. You will also be involved in the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mission-critical network infrastructure.

This role requires strong SD-WAN and wireless knowledge, alongside collaboration with project managers and cross-functional teams. You'll manage escalated support tickets via ServiceNow, possess strong adaptive and communication skills, and be comfortable working independently to achieve goals. Expect to participate in on-call rotations and support 24x7 operations.

A minimum of 10 years of experience managing LAN & WAN infrastructures is required. Candidates must also possess 10+ years of experience in Routing & Switching, Riverbed, and Wireless technologies, as well as 10+ years of experience with Palo Alto firewalls. A significant track record of 5+ years specifically with Cisco ACI is also a prerequisite.

Proficiency in various network protocols and standards is crucial, including L2 protocols like Ethernet, STP, MSTP, RSTP, and Dynamic VLANs, as well as L3 protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP. Experience with Nexus and SD-WAN is mandatory. Knowledge of networking products from Cisco, Dell, and Extreme Networks is beneficial.

Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, coupled with strong customer service abilities. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience is preferred. Adherence to ITIL & Change Management processes is expected. Flexibility to work in a 24x7 environment and travel when necessary is also a requirement.
