Join NTT DATA as a Routing & Switching - Network Engineering Advisor, a key role in managing and enhancing our enterprise network infrastructure. This position focuses on the administration, automation, and support of critical DDI (DNS, DHCP, IP Address Management) platforms, ensuring seamless network operations and compliance.

We are seeking innovative and passionate individuals to grow with our inclusive and forward-thinking organization. If you are driven to make an impact and excel in a dynamic environment, this is an opportunity for you.

Your primary responsibilities will involve the administration and support of the enterprise DDI platform using CygnaLabs IPControl, ensuring efficient IP address allocation, DNS resolution, and DHCP services. You will manage and maintain IPControl infrastructure, administer DNS, DHCP, and IPAM services, and oversee IP address blocks, subnets, DHCP scopes, and DNS zones.

Key tasks include monitoring IP address consumption, planning IPv4 and IPv6 address space, maintaining accurate IP inventory, and performing subnet provisioning and capacity forecasting. You will also support multi-cloud environments, configure and troubleshoot DNS records and policies, manage DHCP failover, and assist with Microsoft DNS/DHCP, ISC/Kea, BIND, and cloud DNS services. Leveraging automation tools and scripting to streamline operations and ensure service reliability is also a crucial aspect of this role.

This role requires extensive experience in configuring and managing load balancers, including F5 BIG-IP (LTM/GTM), Citrix ADC (NetScaler), and HAProxy/NGINX. You will implement L4/L7 load balancing, configure virtual servers, pools, health monitors, and SSL offloading.

Proficiency in optimizing traffic distribution, enhancing application performance, and troubleshooting load balancing and application connectivity issues is essential. Familiarity with network automation techniques and scripting is highly valued.
