As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving our clients' network infrastructures. You'll be part of a global team that leverages advanced capabilities in AI, cloud, security, and connectivity to shape the digital future.

Key responsibilities include gathering requirements, analyzing complex networking issues, and providing effective recommendations. You will participate in daily operational meetings, ensuring strict adherence to compliance standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for designated sites and service areas. This role requires active support for customer environments on a 24x7x365 basis, necessitating a commitment to continuous availability and problem resolution.

Further duties involve leveraging your expertise in network design and implementation, alongside rigorous adherence to Change Management protocols. You will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, end-users, and partners, demonstrating exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Mandatory requirements include hands-on troubleshooting experience with routing protocols such as RIP, EIGRP, and OSPF, along with knowledge of network monitoring tools like Voyence and Solarwind. We require 1-3 years of network support or operations experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of WAN/LAN internetworking, network architecture, and the interplay between platform operating systems and network devices.

Candidates must possess advanced troubleshooting skills for wireless infrastructures and network solutions, coupled with a strong command of Change Management processes. Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential, as are strong customer service abilities. Adaptability to change and the capacity to work effectively both independently and within a team are crucial for success in this role. A minimum of CCNA level certification is required.
