This position involves Tier 1 support, focusing on the analysis and resolution of technical networking challenges. You will play a crucial role in ensuring network stability and performance for our clients.

Key responsibilities include gathering requirements, analyzing complex networking issues, and providing expert recommendations. You will actively participate in daily operations meetings to ensure compliance and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for designated sites and service areas. The role requires supporting customer environments on a 24x7x365 basis, demanding a high level of commitment and technical expertise.

Essential qualifications include hands-on experience troubleshooting routing protocols such as RIP, EIGRP, and OSPF, along with knowledge of network monitoring tools like Voyence and Solarwind. A minimum of 1-3 years of network support or operations experience is required. Candidates must demonstrate a strong understanding of WAN/LAN internetworking, including design principles, protocol interoperability, and network architecture development. Advanced knowledge of platform operating systems, wireless infrastructures, and network solution design and implementation is crucial. Excellent written and oral communication, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team are also vital.
