This role requires supporting customer environments on a 24x7x365 basis, necessitating a commitment to continuous availability and responsive problem-solving.

Candidates must possess hands-on experience troubleshooting routing protocols such as RIP, EIGRP, and OSPF, along with knowledge of network monitoring tools like Voyence and Solarwind. A minimum of 1-3 years in network support or operations is essential.

Required skills include a strong understanding of WAN/LAN internetworking, including design principles, protocol interoperability, and network architecture. Advanced knowledge of router platform operating systems, wireless infrastructure support, and network solution design and implementation is also critical. Adherence to change management processes and excellent written and oral communication skills are paramount.
