This specialist will be instrumental in managing and optimizing our network infrastructure. Key responsibilities include:

- Leading efforts in routing, switching, and wireless technologies, with a strong emphasis on Velo Cloud, Cisco, and Riverbed. - Ensuring adherence to network standards, reviewing configurations, and managing SD-WAN, LAN, and WAN environments. - Deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise-level network components. - Collaborating with project managers and cross-functional teams for successful project delivery. - Owning and documenting escalated support tickets through resolution using ServiceNow. - Analyzing and reporting on network system performance and managing support queues. - Adapting to change and demonstrating strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills. This role operates within a 24x7 environment and may require on-call duties.

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

- A minimum of 8 years of experience managing LAN & WAN infrastructures. - At least 8 years of hands-on experience with Routing & Switching, Riverbed, and Wireless technologies. - Proven vendor experience with VELO Cloud, Cisco, and Riverbed is essential. - Expertise in various routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP) and L2/L3 switching concepts, including NEXUS and SD-WAN. - Familiarity with Networking products from Cisco, Dell, and Extreme Networks. - A solid understanding of ITIL and Change Management processes. - Excellent written and oral communication, customer service, and teamwork skills. - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience is required. Candidates must be adaptable and able to work independently to achieve goals.
