Take ownership of critical network infrastructure, including routing, switching, and wireless technologies. Ensure network configurations adhere to established standards and manage log files for optimal performance.

Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise-level network components, with a strong emphasis on Viptela SDWAN and wireless solutions. Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.

Manage escalated support tickets and service requests through to resolution using ServiceNow. Participate in on-call rotations and manage support queues within a 24x7 operational framework. Develop network system analysis and reporting.

A minimum of 8 years of experience managing LAN & WAN infrastructures is required, along with extensive experience in Routing & Switching, Riverbed, and Wireless technologies.

Proficiency with vendors such as Velo Cloud, Cisco, and Riverbed is essential. Expertise in L2/L3 routing protocols, Ethernet standards, VLANs, and SD-WAN solutions is expected.

Solid understanding of WAN/LAN internetworking, protocol interoperability, and network architecture development. Knowledge of ITIL & Change Management processes is crucial. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience is preferred.
