As a Routing and Switching Networking Analyst, you will be instrumental in gathering requirements, diagnosing and resolving complex networking issues, and providing actionable recommendations. You will actively participate in daily operations meetings, ensuring adherence to SLAs for your assigned sites and service areas.

This role involves providing 24x7x365 support for customer environments, requiring a proactive and responsive approach to maintain network stability and performance. You'll apply theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios, contributing to network architecture development and testing.

This role demands hands-on experience troubleshooting routing protocols such as RIP, EIGRP, and OSPF. A solid understanding of network monitoring tools like Voyence and Solarwinds is essential.

We are looking for candidates with 1-3 years of network support or operations experience, possessing a comprehensive understanding of WAN/LAN internetworking, including design principles and performance trade-offs. Advanced knowledge of router and LAN/WAN operating systems, wireless infrastructures, and a proven ability to design and implement network solutions are key.

Strong communication, customer service, and collaboration skills are vital. The ability to work independently and achieve goals without constant supervision is also a requirement. A B.Tech or equivalent graduate degree and a CCNA certification are expected.
