This role focuses on the administration, automation, and support of our enterprise DDI platform (DNS, DHCP, IP Address Management) using CygnaLabs IPControl. You will ensure seamless IP allocation, reliable DNS resolution, efficient DHCP services, and robust network automation across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments. Responsibilities include managing the IPControl infrastructure, administering enterprise DNS, DHCP, and IPAM services, and creating/managing IP address blocks, subnets, DHCP scopes, reservations, and DNS zones. Monitoring IP address consumption, capacity planning, and maintaining accurate IP inventory are also key aspects. You will support multi-cloud environments and troubleshoot incidents affecting DNS and DHCP operations, leveraging automation tools and scripting for enhanced operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities encompass the administration and support of the enterprise DDI platform, ensuring reliable IP address allocation, DNS resolution, and DHCP services. You will manage and maintain the IPControl infrastructure, including administering enterprise DNS, DHCP, and IPAM services. This involves creating and managing IP address blocks, subnets, DHCP scopes, reservations, and DNS zones. Monitoring DHCP pool utilization and IP address consumption, along with performing subnet provisioning and capacity forecasting, are crucial. The role also includes supporting multi-cloud environments and configuring/troubleshooting DNS records, zones, and policies.

Furthermore, you will manage DHCP failover and lease monitoring, supporting various DNS/DHCP services like Microsoft DNS/DHCP, ISC/Kea, BIND, and cloud DNS. Resolving production incidents impacting DNS and DHCP operations is a priority. You will also leverage automation tools, APIs, and scripting to streamline network provisioning and improve operational efficiency.

In load balancer management, you will configure and manage solutions such as F5 BIG-IP (LTM/GTM), Citrix ADC (NetScaler), and HAProxy/NGINX. This includes implementing L4/L7 load balancing, configuring virtual servers, pools, health monitors, and SSL offloading. Optimizing traffic distribution, application performance, and troubleshooting load balancing and application connectivity issues are also essential duties.

We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our Network Engineering team. While specific years of experience are not detailed, the role demands a strong understanding of Routing and Switching principles. Proficiency in enterprise DDI (DNS, DHCP, IP Address Management) administration, automation, and support is essential. Experience with CygnaLabs IPControl is highly desirable.

Candidates should possess expertise in configuring and managing load balancers, including F5 BIG-IP (LTM/GTM), Citrix ADC (NetScaler), and potentially HAProxy/NGINX. The ability to implement L4/L7 load balancing, configure virtual servers, pools, health monitors, and SSL offloading is required. A solid understanding of troubleshooting load balancing and application connectivity issues is also necessary.

Strong skills in network automation, API integration, and scripting are needed to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Familiarity with IPv4 and IPv6 address space planning and management is crucial. Experience supporting diverse DNS/DHCP services such as Microsoft DNS/DHCP, ISC/Kea, BIND, and cloud DNS services is also important. The capacity to resolve production incidents affecting network services is a key requirement for this role.
