NTT DATA is seeking an innovative and passionate Network Engineering Specialist focused on Routing and Switching to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation and advancement of our enterprise DDI (DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management) platform.

Administer, automate, and support the enterprise DDI platform using CygnaLabs IPControl. This includes managing DNS, DHCP, and IPAM services, ensuring reliable IP address allocation, DNS resolution, and DHCP services. You will be responsible for creating and managing IP address blocks, subnets, DHCP scopes, and DNS zones, while monitoring IP address consumption and capacity.

Key tasks involve planning IPv4 and IPv6 address space, maintaining accurate IP inventory, and supporting multi-cloud environments. You will also configure and troubleshoot DNS records, zones, and policies, manage DHCP failover, and support various DNS/DHCP services including Microsoft, ISC/Kea, BIND, and cloud-native solutions. Resolving production incidents affecting DNS and DHCP operations is a critical aspect of this role, alongside leveraging automation tools and scripting to enhance operational efficiency.

The role involves configuring and managing load balancers such as F5 BIG-IP (LTM/GTM), Citrix ADC (NetScaler), and potentially HAProxy/NGINX. You will implement L4/L7 load balancing, configure virtual servers, pools, health monitors, and SSL offloading. Optimizing traffic distribution, application performance, and troubleshooting load balancing and application connectivity issues are essential.

This position requires expertise in network automation, API utilization, and scripting to streamline provisioning and improve service reliability. You will be instrumental in ensuring compliance across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments. While specific experience years are not detailed, a strong understanding of these technologies is anticipated.
