As the Experience Management (EM) Point of Contact for your assigned teams, you will ensure the timely and high-quality execution of resource scheduling activities. Your responsibilities will include serving as a subject matter expert on resource management concepts and scheduling tools, creating optimized resource allocation plans, and proactively identifying staffing challenges to implement effective scheduling solutions. You will also supervise and train EM associates, drive process improvements, and foster strong working relationships with service delivery teams onshore and offshore.

We are seeking graduates with 3-6 years of post-qualification experience, ideally in resource management, scheduling, and staffing. Essential skills include expertise in workforce/resource management, quick decision-making for real-time staffing changes, strong execution capabilities, excellent verbal and written communication, proficiency in MS Office Suite, and robust teaming, time management, and analytical abilities. Prior experience in supervising a team is highly preferred. A positive attitude and the capacity to excel under pressure are key.
