Join EY's GDS Consulting team as a Senior GRC Technology professional specializing in Workiva. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to client engagements and internal projects, focusing on implementing technology solutions for governance, risk management, and compliance. You'll play a key role in expanding our Workiva service offerings globally, working with a diverse international network.

We are seeking GRC experts with a strong understanding of the Workiva platform to help clients build robust programs for internal controls, audit, ESG, and regulatory reporting. Collaborate with stakeholders to design optimal Workiva solutions tailored to business requirements, mapping them to Workiva capabilities and best practices. Configure and implement Workiva modules for SOX, ERM, Internal Audit, Compliance, ESG, Regulatory Reporting, and Policy Management. Design Workiva data models, reporting structures, and workflows to streamline business processes and drive automation. Develop reports, dashboards, and assessments within Workiva, and integrate the platform with enterprise systems. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, conduct workshops, provide UAT support, and mentor junior team members while staying updated on GRC trends and Workiva enhancements.

A minimum of 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in GRC, Internal Audit, Risk Management, or Compliance technology implementations, with hands-on experience in 3 to 5 end-to-end Workiva engagements. Proficiency in specific Workiva modules such as Internal Controls Management, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Compliance Programs, ESG, or Regulatory Reporting is essential. A strong understanding of SOX Compliance, Internal Controls Frameworks, ERM, Internal Audit Processes, and Regulatory Compliance is required. Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and supporting UAT, along with creating functional and technical documentation, is crucial. Client-facing consulting experience and stakeholder management skills are also necessary.
