As a Manager, you will lead engagements focused on validating and refining sanctions screening and transaction monitoring models. This includes overseeing rule-based systems, anomaly detection, and machine learning algorithms.

You will develop and implement strategies for model performance enhancement, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and integrating model outputs into client business processes. Key duties involve providing team training, conducting performance reviews, and presenting findings to senior management. You'll also manage engagement budgets and contribute to business development efforts.

We are seeking a Manager with 6-8 years of relevant experience, preferably from business consulting firms. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field is required, with an advanced degree being a strong plus.

Proficiency in SQL and Python, along with familiarity in database management and data analysis tools, is essential. Experience with system implementation, cloud deployment, and project management is highly valued. Knowledge of AML and CTF regulations, along with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, are critical for success in this role. Global mobility and a willingness to travel are also prerequisites.
