This position is based in our Kochi or Thiruvananthapuram offices in Kerala, India. You'll be instrumental in shaping authentic customer experiences through expert delivery of Risk Consulting services.

Engage clients in validating and refining sanctions screening and transaction monitoring models. Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to assess model effectiveness, design, and regulatory compliance. Execute model testing, including back-testing and threshold calibration. Analyze large datasets to identify trends and areas for improvement. Assist in developing advanced validation methodologies and frameworks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of model outputs. Participate in model implementation reviews and ongoing performance monitoring. Stay informed about the latest regulatory changes and advancements in model validation techniques. Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

We are seeking candidates proficient in SQL and Python, with experience in database management and data analysis tools. Familiarity with system implementation, cloud deployment, and project delivery is essential. A strong understanding of AML/CTF regulations, screening tools, transaction monitoring platforms, and model validation methodologies is required. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are a must.

This role demands highly analytical and meticulous consulting skills, with a keen eye for detail.
