Engage in critical client projects by supporting resilience, compliance, and cyber assessments. This includes conducting Business Impact Analyses (BIA), reviewing critical business services, and mapping dependencies.

Assist in evaluating resilience and compliance programs against key frameworks and regulations. Participate actively in control testing, evidence reviews, and assurance activities to validate findings.

Gather and document evidence meticulously to support assessment conclusions and client deliverables. Support the evaluation of business continuity, disaster recovery, and incident management programs.

Contribute to the assessment of critical processes, systems, assets, and third-party providers. Participate in stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather necessary information. Identify potential risks and areas for improvement under the guidance of senior team members.

Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and engagement documentation. Support project coordination, status tracking, and quality review processes. Execute tasks with increasing autonomy, demonstrating sound judgment and initiative.

We are looking for candidates with a foundational understanding of operational resilience, business continuity, disaster recovery, crisis management, and cyber resilience concepts. A basic grasp of risk management, governance, controls, and regulatory compliance principles is essential.

Familiarity with resilience and compliance frameworks like ISO 22301, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, DORA, CPS 230, and NIS2 is highly valued. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with excellent documentation and communication skills, are crucial for success.

Possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Cyber Security, Risk Management, Business Continuity, Information Systems, Computer Science, Technology, or a related field. We require 1-3 years of experience in related disciplines such as Technology Risk, Internal Audit, or Compliance.

Academic study, internships, certifications, projects, or professional experience demonstrating understanding of risk management, cyber security, resilience, compliance, or technology governance principles is a must. Exposure to control testing, audits, or risk management activities is a plus. Enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity and drive innovation is also expected.
