As a Senior in the Resilience, Compliance & Cyber team, you will be instrumental in delivering impactful engagements. Your role involves leading workstreams, conducting detailed assessments, and facilitating stakeholder discussions across operational resilience, technology compliance, cyber risk, and governance.

Key responsibilities include performing comprehensive assessments of resilience and compliance across technology and business functions. You'll facilitate Business Impact Analyses (BIAs), evaluate critical business services, and assess organizational resilience against leading frameworks. Evaluating third-party resilience, reviewing resilience programs, and assessing critical processes and systems are also core to this role.

You will execute testing procedures, support regulatory readiness reviews, and conduct stakeholder interviews. Identifying risks and developing practical remediation recommendations is crucial, as is contributing to high-quality client deliverables. You will also manage assigned workstreams, mentor junior team members, and oversee task execution, including resource management and performance evaluation.

To excel in this Senior role, a strong foundation in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity Management (BCM), Disaster Recovery (DR), Crisis Management, and Cyber Resilience is essential. Experience with Business Impact Analysis (BIA), critical business service assessments, and resilience testing is required.

A solid understanding of resilience, risk, and compliance frameworks such as ISO 22301, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, DORA, CPS 230, and NIS2 is vital. You should possess working knowledge of governance, risk management, controls assurance, and regulatory compliance principles.

Key attributes include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to translate complex findings into actionable recommendations, and excellent stakeholder management, communication, and report-writing abilities. The capacity to independently manage workstreams while collaborating effectively with global teams is also critical. High attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and client service excellence are paramount. Proficiency in leveraging AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity and drive innovation is expected.
