Lead client engagements in IT Risk Management, IT SOX, IT Regulatory Compliance, IT Audits, and Digital Transformations. Manage day-to-day client relationships, leading meetings and status reporting. Drive account management, identify new opportunities, and contribute to solution development. Manage and mentor teams across locations, conducting comprehensive risk assessments. Represent EY in industry events, fostering relationships and exploring business opportunities. Contribute to thought leadership and operational excellence through continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Candidates must possess a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Management, Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or Cybersecurity. A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in risks & controls, with over 6 years specifically in IT Risk Management, IT Regulatory Compliance, IT Audit, or IT Transformation Risk, is required. Prior experience in a 'Big 4' or professional firm is essential. Essential skills include knowledge of IT risk frameworks (COSO, COBIT, ISO, NIST), IT compliance, and experience with technologies like SAP, Oracle, Workday, or emerging tech such as Cloud, RPA, AI/ML. Strong problem-solving, communication, organization, and time management skills are crucial. Flexibility to travel onsite is also necessary.
