Utilize knowledge of current IT environments and industry trends to identify and communicate engagement and client service issues. Demonstrate strong technical capabilities and professional knowledge, assimilating new information quickly. Partner with onshore teams to understand global clients' businesses and industry trends, contributing to new solution development and knowledge sharing.

Manage day-to-day client relationships, lead meetings, and oversee task execution, including team management, resource allocation, and performance evaluation. Stay updated on emerging industry trends and technologies, suggesting innovative solutions and recommending risk mitigation strategies. Drive continuous improvement in engagement productivity and client service delivery.

A Chartered Accountant (CA), Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Management, Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Cybersecurity, or a related field is required. Candidates should possess approximately 3-6 years of relevant experience in Risks & Controls, IT Risk Management, or IT Audit.

Essential skills include a strong understanding of IT risk and information security frameworks like COSO and COBIT, with experience in IT Risk and Controls assessment involving technologies such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, MS Dynamics, Cloud, RPA, or AI/ML. Excellent cognitive problem-solving, quick decision-making, exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication, effective organization and time management skills are crucial.

Additional desirable qualifications include proven client-facing experience, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, CISSP). Prior Big 4 or consulting leadership experience, demonstrated success in market development, and experience in coaching junior team members are highly valued.
