EY Global Delivery Services is a network of worldwide service delivery centers that plays a crucial role in EY's growth strategy. Established in 2002, the GDS team has grown to over 80,000 professionals across ten global locations, providing client services in Consulting, Assurance, Tax, Strategy & Transactions, and Knowledge support.

Lead large-scale engagements in IT Risk Management, IT SOX, IT Audits, and IT transformations. Manage day-to-day client relationships, lead client meetings, and ensure effective communication and status reporting. Drive operational efficiency by leveraging lessons learned and monitoring engagement economics. Manage diverse teams across locations, conducting comprehensive risk assessments and identifying potential IT risks. Maintain strong client focus, stay abreast of business and economic developments, and demonstrate deep subject matter expertise.

Contribute to market leadership by building executive-level client relationships and understanding industry trends. Partner with onshore teams to develop new solutions and contribute to thought leadership. Support RFP responses and identify cross-selling opportunities. Create innovative insights for clients and adapt methods to meet operational team needs.

To excel in this role, a Chartered Accountant (CA) or a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Management, Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Cybersecurity, or a related field is essential. You should possess approximately 5-7 years of relevant experience in Risks & Controls, IT Risk Management, or IT Audit. A passion for technology and a strong desire to work in risk management are crucial. Ideal candidates will have prior Big 4 or consulting leadership experience and demonstrated success in market development.
