As a Senior Consultant, you will develop and implement impactful solutions within the Insurance service line and collaborate across EY's network. Your key responsibilities include delivering high-quality project results, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring timely project completion in line with EY's values. You will manage priorities, communicate progress, and identify opportunities for automation and AI enhancements. Within the actuarial practice, you will be involved in actuarial liability estimation, claims data analysis, reserve valuations, and capital calculations. You'll also conduct research, prepare stakeholder reports, and maintain a strong focus on advancing your actuarial exams and subject matter expertise.

We are seeking individuals with at least 3 years of experience in the General Insurance industry, encompassing areas like reserving, capital modeling, pricing, or risk management. A proactive attitude, a passion for adding value, and strong analytical skills are essential. Proficiency in MS-Office Suite, VBA, SAS, R Programming, Python, SQL, and Alteryx is advantageous. While not mandatory, familiarity with reserving software like ARIUS or ResQ, and exposure to data analytics tools, is a plus. A strong academic background with a Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or finance, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills, is required. Candidates demonstrating good exam progress and an AI/automation mindset will be highly considered.
