As a Staff Life Actuary, your core responsibilities include delivering high-quality results and impactful actuarial solutions within project timelines. You will ensure all engagements meet EY's standards for quality and value. This role requires a proactive attitude, a commitment to personal and professional growth, and the ability to leverage and support our global network. You will also be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.

We are seeking individuals with 2-3 years of relevant experience in the life actuarial domain. A strong academic background, ideally in business, actuarial, or finance, supplemented by a professional qualification, is preferred. Key attributes include excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, a proactive approach to driving projects, and the willingness to learn and apply new knowledge. Proficiency in US regulatory frameworks (US Stat, US GAAP, PBR) and strong knowledge of life insurance products are essential. Technical skills in SQL, Python, VBA, Alteryx, and Power BI are required. AI literacy is an advantage. Willingness to travel for client engagements is also necessary.
