As a Senior Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality results and impactful solutions. You will provide focused training and support to junior team members, ensuring all engagements are completed within deadlines and adhere to EY's values and quality commitments. Consistently drive projects to successful completion, maintaining a high standard of work across all assignments.

To excel in this role, you should possess 3-6 years of experience in actuarial reserving, assumption setting, and modelling software. Strong analytical skills and the ability to independently investigate models and reporting processes to solve problems are essential. Proficiency in Excel is a must, and experience with VBA is beneficial. A solid understanding of insurance products and regulations across US, EMEIA, or APAC markets is required.

Ideally, you will have hands-on experience with actuarial valuation software like Prophet (advanced experience is a plus), and knowledge of IFRS 17, US GAAP, or Solvency II. A bachelor's degree in a business, actuarial, or finance-related field, complemented by good actuarial exam progress, is preferred. AI literacy, including knowledge of GenAI and Agentic AI, would be an added advantage.
