As a Senior, you will develop and implement solutions within the Insurance service line and collaborate with other EY service lines. Your responsibilities include delivering high-quality project outcomes, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring timely project completion in line with EY values.

Key tasks involve validating healthcare cost forecasting, claims prediction, and financial forecasting models. You will also assess reimbursement optimization models, review Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) detection models, and support the validation of AI/ML models used in healthcare decision-making. Staying abreast of industry developments in healthcare analytics, predictive modeling, and AI/ML is essential.

To excel in this role, you should possess at least 3 years of experience in healthcare analytics, predictive modeling, model validation, actuarial analytics, risk analytics, or data science. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science is required.

Essential skills include a strong understanding of statistical, forecasting, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including PivotTables, Power Query, VBA/Macros) is crucial. You should demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, the ability to interpret complex quantitative results, and effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
