Develop and implement solutions within the Life insurance service line and collaborate with other service lines. Translate product specifications into effective test scenarios and expected results. Perform conversion validation and reconciliation, alongside defect triage and root-cause analysis. Create and modify Excel macros for actuarial cashflow transformations and develop regression models for testing model developments.

Gain hands-on experience with FAST or similar Policy Administration Systems (PAS). Prepare presentations and maintain an in-depth understanding of insurance products and regulations across various geographies, including the US and Canada. Proactively contribute to personal and professional growth by leveraging EY's global network.

We seek professionals with 3-6 years of experience in Life Policy Administration System or FAST product configuration within the insurance or consulting sectors. Essential qualifications include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a willingness to learn and apply new knowledge, and proficiency in MS-Office Suite. A solid understanding of life insurance and/or annuity products is crucial.

Ideal candidates will possess experience with Product Values Testing (PVT), actuarial testing tool development (Excel/VBA, Python preferred), conversion validation, defect triage, and PAS systems like FAST, ALIP, LifePro, or CyberLife. Strong Excel skills are mandatory, with VBA experience being highly beneficial. Familiarity with US, Canada, and other relevant insurance market regulations is also preferred.
