As part of our global team, you'll contribute to GDS projects as a Delivery Excellence management professional. You'll tackle complex challenges and help create next-generation delivery excellence platforms. - Translate intricate business needs into clear, actionable requirements, ensuring seamless alignment across stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams. - Actively support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), meticulously testing defined test cases, validating functionality, and confirming readiness for release. - Contribute to iterative testing cycles, adeptly identifying defects, documenting issues, validating fixes, and performing regression testing as required. - Drive decision-making, process optimization, and resource management, overseeing team activities for efficient task execution. - Manage personnel allocation, supervise team members, assign tasks, and ensure teams possess the necessary tools and support for success, while optimizing and evaluating performance against organizational goals. - Serve as a primary liaison between business teams and engineering, offering crucial clarifications, resolving requirement gaps, and fostering shared understanding throughout the product lifecycle. - Review and validate bug fixes, ensuring resolved issues meet expected outcomes before closure. - Engage directly with clients and end-users, addressing queries, troubleshooting issues, and gathering valuable feedback for continuous product enhancement. - Support product rollout activities, including release planning, communication strategies, and providing training support when necessary. - Monitor post-release product performance, identifying opportunities for enhancement and contributing to backlog prioritization. - Maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirement specifications, UAT plans, test results, and user feedback logs. - Assist in product strategy, roadmap planning, and end-to-end product lifecycle management for Internal Controls and Audit solutions. - Collaborate with stakeholders across business, risk, audit, and technology teams to gather requirements and drive product adoption. - Own MIS, reporting, KPI tracking, and executive dashboards to effectively measure product performance and business outcomes. - Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights, identify control gaps, and support informed decision-making. - Drive product implementation, rollout, user onboarding, and change management initiatives. - Partner with engineering teams to define functional requirements and prioritize product backlogs. - Identify opportunities for automation and AI to enhance audit and internal control processes.

To excel in this role, you should possess 3-6 years of experience in Risk Advisory, preferably within Internal Controls, from a Big 4 or comparable professional services firm. A Master’s degree in Business Administration or Risk Management is required.

We look for individuals with strong product management experience, demonstrating ownership of delivering business solutions. Essential skills include robust stakeholder management and executive communication abilities, alongside proven experience in reporting, MIS, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.

Hands-on experience in product implementation and deployment is crucial. Domain expertise in Internal Controls, Risk, Compliance, or Audit is mandatory. Proficiency in at least one hard tech skill, such as Python, Databricks, full-stack development, or AI, is a must.

Valued certifications include CISA, CISM, CIA, AIGP, ISO 42001, CISSP, CRISC, CCSK, ISO 27001, and others as relevant.
