Key responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria. You will utilize SQL for data profiling, reconciliation, and validation of analytical outputs.

This role involves defining test scenarios, conducting data and functional quality checks, managing defects, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Collaboration with UX, engineering, and business stakeholders is crucial for refining feature requirements, prioritizing backlogs, and supporting sprint planning.

You will also maintain requirement-to-feature and KRI/control traceability across domains. Support for analytics, automation, and AI-enabled product capabilities from initial discovery through release is expected.

We seek individuals with strong product or business analyst experience, coupled with advanced SQL proficiency. Hands-on experience in quality assurance, test execution, defect triage, and data reconciliation is essential.

Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and concise documentation skills are required. Knowledge of Python for data analysis, validation, and prototyping is beneficial. At least one hard technical skill, such as Python, Databricks, full-stack development, or AI, is necessary.

Demonstrated working expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Travel & Expense (T&E), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and ITOC/SOX IT controls is non-negotiable. Experience in risk and controls, internal audit, or with platforms like SAP, Oracle, GRC tools, or enterprise data environments is preferred.
