Drive the product analysis strategy, contributing to roadmap development and prioritization. Lead comprehensive requirement discovery, process mapping, and the creation of user stories. Oversee SQL and Python-driven analyses, ensuring data quality, thorough testing, and release readiness.
Effectively manage relationships with business, audit, product, engineering, and data teams, communicating key risks and decisions. Mentor Product Analysts, maintaining high standards for analytical work and documentation. Innovate by shaping analytics, automation, and AI use cases across enterprise processes and controls.
A robust background in product analysis or product management, complemented by advanced SQL proficiency, is essential. Practical experience with Python for data analysis, validation, and prototyping is mandatory.
Demonstrate hands-on experience in quality assurance, test planning, defect triage, and data reconciliation. Strong abilities in stakeholder management, structured communication, and team leadership are crucial. Familiarity with Databricks, full-stack development, or AI is considered advantageous.
Deep expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Travel & Expense (T&E), Order-to-Cash (O2C), or ITOC / SOX IT controls is expected. Prior experience in risk and controls or internal audit, along with delivering analytics or AI-enabled products in SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise systems, is preferred.
