Key responsibilities include translating business needs into actionable requirements and user stories, ensuring seamless alignment between business objectives and technical execution. You will lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), manage iterative testing cycles, validate enhancements, and ensure accurate identification and resolution of defects.

This role involves significant stakeholder engagement, addressing queries, clarifying requirements, and incorporating feedback for continuous product improvement. You will gain a deep understanding of user behaviors, business processes, and product journeys, making this a platform to influence product development end-to-end.

Responsibilities also extend to leading product strategy, roadmap planning, and managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for Internal Controls and Audit solutions. You will partner with business, risk, audit, and technology teams, own MIS and reporting, analyze large datasets for insights, and drive product implementation and change management initiatives. Identifying automation and AI opportunities to enhance audit and internal control processes is also a key aspect.

We are looking for a professional with 7-9 years of experience in Risk Advisory, ideally within Internal Controls, from a Big 4 or comparable professional services firm. A CA or Master's degree in business administration or Risk Management is required.

Essential skills include a strong business-side understanding of relevant Risk domains, the ability to translate business risk problems into product requirements, and experience in Presales, Sales Enablement, Tech Sales, or Solution Consulting for Risk, Finance, or AI/Analytics offerings. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and organizational skills are vital.

Demonstrated product management experience with ownership of delivering business solutions is a must. Hands-on experience in product implementation and deployment, along with domain expertise in Internal Controls, Risk, Compliance, or Audit, is mandatory. A hard tech skill in either Python, Databricks, full stack development, or AI is also required. Relevant certifications are considered a strong asset.
