This role focuses on Process Mining, Low-Code Analytics, and AI/Predictive technologies, driving digital transformation and data-driven improvements across enterprise processes.

Lead strategic process mining and task mining programs, alongside digital transformation and automation initiatives. Oversee RPA, AI/ML, and multi-system process improvement engagements to drive process intelligence. Manage client relationships, delivery governance, and ensure value realization for global enterprise clients. Utilize low-code platforms and data visualization for scalable insights and performance tracking. Drive predictive analytics and AI-led use cases to optimize process outcomes and enhance decision-making.

Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in leading strategic programs. Demonstrate expertise in process mining tools like Celonis (Business Value Architect certified), Signavio, MPMx, and Apromore. Skilled in digital transformation platforms such as ServiceNow and Salesforce migrations. Proficient with automation tools including UI Path, Automation Anywhere, WorkFusion, and Chatbots. Strong analytical capabilities with SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI. Experience with process excellence methodologies like Six Sigma GB/BB, Quality Management, BPMN, ARIS, and Visio. Domain knowledge in business processes such as P2P, O2C, R2R, and operations, including Supply Chain.
